- To prepare your stay as well as possible -
Arrival is between 3pm and 7pm. Reception is closed from 1pm to 3pm and after 8pm.
You must have vacated the cabin before 11am but you can spend the day on the site.
Yes. As soon as we agree a booking the date appears in grey on the calendar (indicating not available).
Yes, under certain conditions but dogs are not allowed in the LOV’NIDS.
Yes. All our treehouses have electricity with lights and sockets. Only the LOV’NIDS are not connected.
No, the cabins are not connected to mains water but a water container is provided. Only the Cabane Bollywood has running water.
All our cabins are insulated and provided with heating. It is only the LOV’NIDS, the hanging cocoons, which are insulated but not heated although they are provided with 2 thick duvets at the colder times of the year.
The family cabins have dry toilets, the Bollywood has a real toilet and the LOV’NIDS do not have a toilet.
You have use of a heated sanitary block with showers and toilets nearby, except for the Bollywood which has a walk-in shower and washbasin.
Yes, at the latest the day before your arrival. Only breakfast can be ordered on site for the following day.
The beds are made up for your arrival but we do not supply towels. Remember bathing costumes for the heated swimming pool.
The family cabins have a cabin-style kitchen with gas rings, fridge, saucepans, crockery…You are thus self-sufficient as regards eating but you must do the washing up in the sanitary block.
In the case of rain everything can continue but during storms we invite you to contact us to find out the weather forecast for the site. Be aware, bad weather conditions are not a reason for cancellation.
