Château d’Hautefort – one of the most prestigious castles of the south west, a scheduled historic monument. It was built between 1630 and 1670 by order of the Marquis de Hautefort.

Golf d’Essendieras – Saint Médard d’Excideuil (17 km away)

Here, where there were still apple trees in 2007, a pleasant and beautiful 9 hole par 36 golf course has been created. You will love this course; the holes are magnificently situated on the gentle slopes of the park and offer spectacular views. Furthermore, thanks to its original design, the course offers many surprises and becomes a real challenge even for experiences golfers.

Les Grottes de Lascaux at Montignac - The Lascaux Caves are closed to the public but you can visit the facsimile cave constructed 200m from the original.

Among the valleys and streams of the Dordogne, take an unusual journey along a former railway line and be charmed by its bridges, tunnels, viaducts and old railway stations…For 2 hours, become an engine driver…with pedals.
